Residents placing bulk items outside the dumpster bins is costing all of us money in special trash pickups. Residents who leave bulk items outside the bins may be charged for the special pickup plus a $100 fine for the first offense. Condo owners can arrange for a bulk item pickup by calling CR&R at 714-372-827 and providing them with a description of the item (s), max of 4, and which dumpster coral they will be left at. The fee is $25. Townhome pickups behind garages is free and limited to 4 items and 2 bulk pickups a year. PLEASE, do the right thing and schedule a bulk pickup instead of having all of us pay for a special pickup for your bed mattress, etc.
