Summary from the August 2025 Board meeting.
- It was noted that the Board was waiting on Las Flores for options to remove turf in certain areas, replacing it with drought-tolerant landscaping
- The Board discussed moving the Crosspointe website to a cheaper hosting platform.
- The Board discussed guidelines for lattice work.
- Cardinal answered several questions concerning the financials for certain line items.
- The Board voted to use Inouye, Shively, Klatt, & McCorvey for the YE25 tax prep.
- The Board scheduled a special budget meeting to be held separate from the monthly Board meetings.
- The Board approved the installation of additional crow deterrents. It was noted that the test deterrent that was installed has eliminated the crows in that area.
- Considerable time was spent discussing architectural guidelines and rules and regs changes, focusing mostly on lattice work and decorative lighting.
