Summary from the September 2025 Board meeting.
- The owner of Las Flores was present to discuss the turf removal project. The discussion focused on the California mandate that all non-usable grass be removed by 2026. The Board will aggressively go after all available rebates to offset the cost. Drought tolerant plants will replace the grass to comply with the mandate.
- Work is still underway to move the Crosspointe website to another hosting service in order to save money.
- Ideas concerning Neighborhood Watch were discussed.
- A considerable amount of time was spent discussing rules for lattice concerning the aesthetics.
- Numerous rule changes were finalized in order to send them out to the constituents.
- 16 spinning mirror crow deterrents have been installed on roof tops throughout the complex.
- It was verified that Crosspointe is now on a month to month contract with Cardinal after negotiating lower management fees.
