Summary from the March 2026 Board meeting.
- An executive session was held to discuss a foreclosure and hold a hearing.
- The pool repair maintenance policy was discussed.
- The turf removal cost and progress were discussed.
- Cardinal was asked to talk to Las Flores about the thorny plants that are being planted, due to a homeowner’s concerns that they may harm dogs.
- The Board voted to not spend the money to remove the Sycamore dead branches.
- The deck renovation progress was reviewed.
- Renewal of the termite contract was discussed.
- An owner’s second request to spend over $10,000 on treatment of the Sycamore trees was once again denied. The Board felt the money was better spent elsewhere.
