There have been some recent issues with residents becoming unfairly irate with Phoenix if they do not open the gate for them. Phoenix is not required to open the auto gate entrance for residents. It is purely a courtesy. Just a reminder of the rule which states that All residents are to use a transmitter to gain access through the Association’s guarded vehicle gates. Residents without transmitters have to stop at the guardhouse with the guard documenting the vehicle decal number which will be sent to Cardinal Property Management. A violation letter will be sent to the vehicle owner and if the violation occurs a second time, the owner will be scheduled for a Hearing.
