An excessive number of residents have been obtaining guest passes everyday because they do not have their vehicle registered at their Crosspointe address.  Guest passes were never intended for that type of use.  It is resulting in unnecessary printing costs and taking up an inordinate amount of the guards’ time.  For that reason, the Board has relaxed the parking decal requirements.  In addition to qualifying for a decal if your car is registered at your Crosspointe address, you may now also obtain a decal by providing Cardinal with a completed parking decal form, a copy of your 2 latest utility bills in your name containing your Crosspointe address, AND a current copy of your vehicle registration indicating the same name as the utility bills.  If your vehicle is not registered in your name, you will not qualify for a decal.
