Rule Reminders

  • All owners must pick up after their dogs.  Violations will result in a violation letter, followed by a possible $50 fine for a repeat violation

  • Bulky items cannot be placed inside the dumpster enclosures.  All trash must be placed inside the dumpsters.  Anyone reported placing large items inside the enclosures or trash on the ground, will immediately be scheduled for a hearing and will face a possible fine of $50 or the cost of a special pickup ($100+), whichever is greater

  • Residents or guests of residents caught hopping the perimeter walls will be subject to an immediate hearing and a $50 fine.

  • Riding of bikes, skateboards, and scooters is prohibited on all sidewalks within Crosspointe.

  • Anyone under the age of 18 must wear a properly fitted and fastened bicycle helmet when riding a bicycle, scooter, roller blades or roller skates within the association

  • Three vehicle citations within 6 months will result in a fine of $50 per citation

  • Any vehicle not moved for 72 hours is subject to a citation and tow

  • Get architectural approval and/or guidelines prior to doing any changes to the outside of your unit.

  • Boats, trailers, and recreational vehicles are not allowed in the complex at any time for any reason

  • Vehicles without a valid resident or guest permit are subject to immediate tow, as are vehicles parked in a fire lane

  • Townhome owners: garages are to be used for the parking of vehicles and not for storage. Be considerate to your neighbors. Park your vehicles in your garage and free up parking for visitors. Residents not parking a vehicle in the garage will be sent a violation letter and called to a hearing if the issue is not resolved

  • Setting off of fireworks of any kind within the complex will result in an immediate hearing and a $50 fine
