This is a summary of the important topics discussed at the last Board meeting. Please see the minutes when posted for the official minutes.
Summary from the June 2026 Board meeting.
- An executive session was held for a plumbing issue and a foreclosure.
- The organizational meeting was held. The Board positions are as follows:
President – Mike Montgomery
Vice President – Jeff Gollin
Secretary – Amanda Frederick
Treasurer – Sarah Montgomery
Member at Large – David Miranda - The arborist, RPW, will be asked to narrow their scope pertaining to the sycamore removal and replacement.
- The Crosspointe website will be down during maintenance to move the site to secure servers.
- The cost of utility door replacements was discussed.
- The Board approved 5 new security cameras at each guard shack. The current cameras use old technology and some don’t work. The new cameras are AI based with analytics. Security footage can be searched by the description of an individual, for example. The new setup will allow the guards to monitor the South cameras from the North shack. Board members will be able to access the live cameras via their phones and review surveillance video. The new cameras will also make it easier for law enforcement to review the footage.
- The Board voted unanimously to no longer allow Board election write-in votes.
