This is a summary of the important topics discussed at the last Board meeting. Please see the minutes when posted for the official minutes.
Summary from the July 2026 Board meeting.
- An executive session was held prior to the regular meeting.
- Committee members were assigned.
- The deck project is due to be completed by the end of July.
- The turf removal and planting project on the townhome side is due to be completed within the first two weeks of August. Las Flores will be dedicating an outside crew of three to the turf removal project on the condo side to speed up the process and ensure we get the most out of the rebates before they are reduced further.
- The Board discussed trying to keep the large green belt area near Glendale Circle. Cardinal was directed to look into it.
- The Crosspointe website has been moved to another hosting service’s secure servers with anti-spam technology and will also result in faster response times and lower hosting costs.
- Cardinal will continue to allow owners to attend the Board meetings at their offices if the owner so chooses.
- The cashing out of mature CDs was discussed.
- The accounts receivables aging report was discussed.
- Cardinal was directed to obtain the Reserve Study Report ASAP so the Board could begin working on the budget.
