Summary from the September 2026 Board meeting.
- An executive session was held to discuss a foreclosure.
- The turf removal on the condo sign will be starting soon. The project will be divided into two areas and is expected to take about 6 months
- Maturing CDs were discussed.
- The owner of Marco Polo pool service was present to discuss their service.
- Architectural guidelines pertaining to front doors and porch lights was discussed.
- Major maintenance for all 3 pools was discussed. A portion of the decking at the South pool between the spa and pool is sinking into the pool. Cardinal was asked to obtain bids for the repair. It’s expected to cost around $100,000.
