This is a summary of the important topics discussed at the last Board meeting. Please see the minutes when posted for the official minutes.
Summary from the October 2026 Board meeting.
- An executive session was held to discuss a tenant’s behavior.
- The turf removal on the condo side will be begin next week in Area 2, starting at the entrance gate and moving through the Ferndale area, followed by Newdale, Riverdale, and finally the Scottsdale Circle area.
- A few line items that were over budget were discussed.
- Major repairs to the Center and South pools were approved totalling approximately $200,000.
- Keystone was instructed to get bids from a third party to perform the job of inspector of elections.
- It was noted that Board posts on Nextdoor are limited to the Crosspointe neighborhood and do not pose any kind of issues due to individuals outside of Crosspointe accessing them.
