Summary from the April 2026 Board meeting.
- An executive session was held to discuss a foreclosure, a payment plan, and to hold a hearing.
- The Board voted to hire an independent arborist pertaining to the failing sycamores.
- The Board voted unanimously to continue with the Board meeting summaries being posted to the Crosspointe website.
- The approved screen doors were reviewed.
- The Security and Safety Committee was eliminated as it was originally created for the transition to Verifix.
- The CD investments were discussed.
- The discussion pertaining to having a lock box for the annual election votes was postponed to January, prior to the next election.
